Refreshing your mind Without Incense or Sitting Cross Legged

The thought of doing absolutely nothing for 10 whole minutes appears daunting but the thought of sitting in uncomfortable positions and burning incense for 10 minutes feels even worse. No emailing, texting, talking or even thinking – impossible.

I enjoyed this TED Talk from mindfulness expert Andy Puddicombe describes the transformative power of doing nothing well by simply by being mindful and experiencing the present moment.
